Summer (Owner)
Hi, I’m Summer, the proud owner of Lead & Ramble.
Dogs have been my partners in crime since day one, starting with my first pup, a feisty Shar-Pei who taught me countless life lessons and sparked my passion for training! Now, I share my days with Chilli and Mimi, my Blue Staffy duo. Mimi is a spirited 10-year-old rescue, and Chilli is her mischievous 1-year-old great-niece. You’ll catch Chilli all over my socials as she joins me every day at work, while Mimi, now a senior, much prefers the comfort of home.
My passion for dogs led me to pursue a Level 2 Animal Management qualification and a diploma in Canine Behaviour Training, and I’m always working to expand my knowledge. As a devoted dog mum myself, I understand the struggle of finding someone you trust to look after your pups. That’s why I founded Lead & Ramble with the highest standards of care in mind.
Every day, I’m thrilled to call this my job. They say to find a job you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life. Well, that’s my reality!
Meg (Walker)
Hi, I’m Meg, and I joined the Lead & Ramble team in August of this year. Growing up surrounded by dogs, I’ve always had a deep love for them. I now have a Cockapoo named Mango, who absolutely loves joining her friends on walks. My passion for animals led me to study Animal Behaviour and Conservation at University, where I graduated with a BSc earlier this year.
The past few months have been such a joy, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Lead & Ramble team, getting to spend time with and walk all of your wonderful dogs!
